~ Simple Wills ~

Rosemarie Giosia Attorney At LawAlong with wills, I recommend you consider having Financial and Medical Powers of Attorney. In the event you become disabled , a power of attorney will allow the person you designate to make financial and medical decisions for you without him or her having to go through an expensive proceeding in probate court to become your guardian and/or conservator.

For more complex issues or larger estates, you will need to have an estate plan done. If you need a referral, Iím happy to provide you with the names of local attorneys who deal with estate planning.
